Frequently Asked Questions

Are the pots really handmade?

Yes — every single one. Andre throws each pot on the wheel, sculpts every flower by hand and presses them on one at a time, then hand-paints and gilds them before firing. It's why each pot takes hours to make, and why no two are ever identical.

Why do the pots look slightly different from the photos?

Because they're handmade, small variations are natural — a petal sitting differently, a slightly different brushstroke. That's not a flaw, it's the mark of something made by a person rather than a machine. Your pot will be uniquely yours.

Is this a pre-order?

Yes. Because each pot is made to order by hand, please allow 15–20 business days from order to delivery. We don't hold stock in a warehouse — yours gets made specifically for you.

How do I contact you?

  • Worth every penny

"I've bought pots from the garden centre that chip in a season. This one is handmade and you can feel the quality the moment you hold it. It sits proudly on my windowsill."

    Deborah W.

  • My favourite little treasure

"The hand-painted flowers are even prettier in person. Knowing it was made by hand by one person makes it feel so special. I'm already eyeing a second colour."

    Yvonne A.

  • Beautiful craftsmanship

"The quality genuinely surprised me. You can tell real care went into it. I bought The Rose for my kitchen and it's become the prettiest thing on my counter."
